Price

The prices of flash sales are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included and guaranteed. Items benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, non-compliance with the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Availablity

Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Yes We Farm Sàrl. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment terms

Payment methods: the possible payment methods are only those offered by the “Stripe Checkout” payment terminal on our platform.

Delivery and transport

The dispatch of the available articles is carried out by the producer concerned by the flash sale within approximately 5 to 8 days. Participation on your part is requested only once per order at the time of registration of your order on our platform.

Legal warranties

Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.

Data protection

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions, as well as all other agreements between users and the operator, are governed solely by Swiss law. The competent court is Neuchâtel.
